where can I do background and credit checks on potential tenants?

I may rent my house out, where and how can I check these renters out? Any advice you give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

go online and do a search for that…it cost a few dollars to do the check…..

Most areas have services that will do this for you (for a fee of course) if you don’t have an investigation background. Most are private detectives or security companies.
