What is the best type business to own for this situation?

Business
Me and my husband have the opportunity to turn a medium sized garage into a business with no rent and only payment for utilities, supplies etc.
What would be the best type of business that would make the most money and be the easiest to run? It would be ran on the weekends only due to current full time jobs.
I was thinking either some sort of little gym or a tea shop. Any ideas? I want the start up to be cheap.

Could you rent it out and let someone else pay you for the place. You wouldn’t need any inventory or be stuck there all weekend.
.You could do a week-end day care for parents who want to leave the kids while they shop.
You could open a little candle shop, or take in crafts that other people make on consignment.
Set up an animal grooming room and give dog and cat baths, if you are familiar with doing that.
Do you or your husband have any hobbies that you could turn into a business? Fix cars? Sewing or mending clothes? Teach computer skills?
Whatever you do, be careful of insurance needs, so you don’t get sued if someone gets hurt on your premises. Your regular home insurance probably won’t do
